My pet food was not delivered and automatically returned to the seller.I have opted for subscribe & save option which delivers 6 whiskas cat food packets with 10% discount every month.Through that option it costs me around 820-850rs per packet.This month the delivery date was 30th August 2022,their delivery agent called me and said I have a problem and I will deliver the order tomorrow and we agreed to it.When I called the agent next day he said I don’t know anything about your order.I contacted Amazon’s customer service on the same day they promised my order will be delivered till 2nd September 2022 and I complied with it.Next day when I checked the details my order has been returned to the seller by the agent and delivery team.I again contacted the customer service and they are telling me to place a new order which will cost me 950rs per packet.I told them it will cost me extra expense of 750-800rs.They are adamant on telling to place a new order and they are not ready to provide a replacement as well.I feed stray cats and also have 6 cats at my home and I cannot afford extra expenses. They are also not providing me the subscribe & save discount for placing the order which is a service provided by the Amazon company
