Image Uploaded by Easter:I placed an order on 24th of June and on 27th they rescheduled the order due to damaged, agreed and waited. Past 2 days i got an email that the item is out for delivery and in evening i get an update that item is undeliverable. This is very serious as the item ordered is a gift and specifically ordered due to an occasion. Unacceptable from such a big company and customer care doesn’t care at all. They keep losing connection to avoid negative responses from the customer.
