Greetings!!!
I hope you are doing well,it was nice to do a purchase with you,unfortunately one of my shipments is still not delivered to my address,since one week shipment shows it in my city and nothing changes happen in it. really get upset on this service which you did on this shipment.even it mention customer delay in collection which is totally wrong. I hope you understand situation and kindly do needful on below or at least provide the details of shipment agency . SS attached below for your referance
