Hi team,
I have paid RBL credit card bill on 5th October using RBL bank credit card app. But later I saw that payment is not reflecting into my credit card transactions. I asked customer care to resolve my payment issue instead of that they have charged me late payment fee. then RBL bank said that it is created to another bank account and they can’t do anything.
I am attaching all the proofs of payment.
Please help me out team.
