I have relocated my jio air fibre connection in oct 2024. as per jio policy after relocation remaining balance of old device will credit in form of vouchers withing 3 months. after almost 7 monts of relocation no vouchers credited in my jio app. (Mobile number of both device is same) i have contacted jio on moble and also on email but problem not solve.
