The ticket booked under ref No. REF017476712 on 04 Oct 2021 was cancelled from Travolook from Agartala to Delhi stating fair expiration issue. I have interacted with their tollfree numbers for at least 10 times however everytime their recommendation is to use the credit shell. I have told that end number of times that I am not interested in the credit shell however it appears that the company is not interested to part with the money once its in their pocket, this is unethical and bad business practice.
It appears that the company puts false rates on their website thus attracting customers and then cancel the ticket and hold back the money by not refunding the same or forcing people to use credit shell.
