ID-1386300675, Recharged the account through scanning of screen bar code for Rs 342 on 16Jan22 at 10.32pm. Transaction id 201622832125. Transaction successful to upi id- billdeskbqr.tatasky@hdfcbank but my recharge amount has not been credited to my Tatasky account therefore my connection has been deactivated now.
I have forwarded all the details including screenshots of successful transaction on what’s app and also complained to customer care telephonically. It’s 3 days now but complaints are not addressed properly to resolve the issue.
Request look into the case and resolve the issue please.
