I made bill payment of rs 9000 for my RBL credit card using Cred app on 14 Jun 22. Order ID of which in Cred is L5P9NQQ8Q5JP. the amount deducted from my saving acount with reference no. 216505628914, but bill payment not completed. The refund of same is still not credited in my saving account from Cred.
Please help me out as my credit card bill payment is overdue now.
