I recharged my number for Rs 49 for 1GB recharge for 24 hours. Transaction id 484986455, 19 Jan 2019. However, the data of 1 GB was not credited to my number. On calling the customer care executive, he was rude and refused to listen to or understand my problem and tried to disconnect the call. His name is Mr Joy deep Mukherjee.
