I wanted to change the simcard of my airtel no 7044084553 yesterday. They asked me to come today by 2 pm. I went at 1:15 pm. They refused saying cash is closed. Then they said Airtel HO is closed. They were so adamant and discourteous. When I pleaded, They said you can complain wherever you like.
My job was extremely urgent but they were very rude.I had to come back.
