Airtel Payments Bank is very third class company and harassing most of the consumers severely firstly their Customer care service is not , I request 10-20 times by dialling on their 400 helpline no. But I got call after 6 days when there was no need , also one their agent was unable to solve my problem and hence he said that I’m raising a callback for you from our senior advisor , a callback came he said that he is quality analyst Sameer thakur , but I allege he was the same agent who raised callback request earlier and he callbacked me from another no , and in that call he took out my OTP And I too mistakenly said , he asked it for account holder verification that too in flow , I later realised when my 1000₹ got debited for a recharge and my account balance got nil , now I requested call to Airtel bank CC on everywhere via mail , call , twitter everything but they kept me boycotting , a call came by them after trying hard they said they can’t take this as report a fraud as this is not a fraud , I reported many times under 7 days via mail and call too , but they not took on their level nor they noted down the name of their scammer agents , now after 7 days they call me back again , and asked me everything gave me assurance that we will take this report and in last their bastard agent says sorry we can’t take this as it exceeded 7 days and due to RBI norms we cannot handle this , Like this they are harassing customers and their customer care agents are doing fraud from their consumers only
