I ordered an Omron type smart watch from this seller (order number: 463872715195) but they sent a different type, a Fenidor s9 ultra smart watch. Nor the functions or the menu language fulfills the expectations that the Omron watch does. I tried to concat the seller via the e- mail addresses were given in the postal ticket but none of them were valid. I would like to ask for a refound or the watch I ordered.
