SHIFTING OF AIR TEL BROADBAND CONNECTION
- It is intimated that ECHS Polyclinic, Meerut providing medical services to veterans of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard & Assam Rifles was located within the premises of Military Hospital, Meerut Cantt where a Broadband connection was taken from Ms Shivansh Infotech, 243 RA Bazaar, Topkhana, Meerut Cantt in June 2018.
- The Polyclinic shifted to a new location near Bhagat Chowk, Meerut Cantt iin mid Apr. Accordingly Ms Shivansh Infotech was asked to shift the Broadband connection to the new location. However, they regretted inability to do so stating that the required Fibre cable was not forthcoming from Noida due to Covid-19 movement restrictions.
- Since the connection was an extremely urgent and unescapable requirement a Fibre 24 Core Cable (450 m) was taken on loan from Defence sources and provided to Mr Sumit of Shivansh Infotech on the condition that the same would be replaced as when available through them and the one given to them returned to us.
- However, inspite of the movement restrictions having been lifted quite some time ago NO action has been taken by Ms Shivansh Infotech so far.
- The following persons of Ms Shivansh Infotech are being contacted on regular basis but no positive response has been shown by them: –
(a) Mr Sumit
(b) Mr Aashu
- I am attaching the latest bill dated 01 Aug 20 for your perusal.
- You are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct Ms Shivansh Infotech to do the needful on Priority.
- An early response to this mail would be highly would be highly appreciated.
