Dear Sir
Undersigned got installed the subject programme in my residence with your local technician on 16/06/2021.
I paid him the committed payment of SIX MONTHS subscription of Rs. 5,000/= (Rupees five thousand only).
He promised me that I will receive the confirmation of the money paid and validity of subscription period by SMS.
No with very sorrow I have to say that sofar I did not receive any SMS direct fro m Tata sky
Therefore I request your good office to arrange the same from your office at an early date and oblige by there
