I had purchased goods from SSS, an online clothing store, and made the payment through Snapmint ( lendbox/ transactee). The EMI was completed in march 2023 yet the loan is still active in my CIBIL report. This has affected my score. Even though i tried to reach them to enquire about this, I’ve not got any kind of response from their side. I have attached the NOC wit6h this complaint.
