Text of Complaint by David:

My vehicle Suzuki lets 2014 model met with an accident on 29/06/2023. Front body panel was damaged, I have visited Arun Suzuki Coimbatore to enquire about the availability of spares parts along with my vehicle’s photo. They assured me to provide all the spares which were required to me.

I have ordered for the complete set of front panel parts except the indicator part. On 10th August shield was provided and one particular part (SHIELD LEG FR UPPER FR and FL) was not in stock. They assured that by placing orders it will be delivered in a couple of days. On a trust major spare was purchased from Arun Suzuki and some parts were purchased from Karuna Suzuki. Total cost of the products was Rs 7536/- which was kept idle from 10th Aug because of particular part cost Rs 48 was not supplied still. On 30th Aug when I contacted over the phone for the spare, she said again I have to wait for another 15 day and also said that vehicle production has stopped so you won’t get spares after purchasing other spares. As per law if a particular model was stopped you have to supply spares up to 15 years. If that’s the case why are they selling spares higher than MRP printed in box and some spares manufactured in 2019 selling at higher rates. I have registered a complaint through Suzuki website on 30th September 2023 for that I received a call from 8448297336 on 1st September he assured me to take action in these matters and will rectify in 3 working days but still nothing was under visibility, also sent mail to customer.queries@suzukimotorcycle.in no responses from their side for more than 20 days.
