Text of Complaint by Mohan Swaminathan:

Though I had taken the international roaming pack from Airtel for 90 days effective from 17 Mar 22, just prior to my departure for Singapore
All of a sudden this is not working since 01 Apr 22. I am unable to make or receive any calls.

I had lodged a complaint with Airtel Customer Care today with Complaint Number: 313987107390425.

An readdress on immediate priority would be very much appreciated.

It was confirmed by Airtel that this will be resolved within 12 hours. But no action so far.
