When I try to book an HSRP online for my Motorcycle (Hero Honda Splendor), there is no fixation date slot available upto 3 months from now with 4 different agencies in and around my district. This is a pathetic compulsion for the vehicle owner and a bad use of coercive power of the state when the institutional arrangement is inadequate. Please resolve my issue. I have still 5 days left for the deadline. I don’t want to pay for the fine. Suggest me an alternative if this limitation from SIAM’s end cannot be resolved.
