This is regarding the service requests raised on Mob No 7471115285 as a child of Primary Number 8349578780.
Refer service request no.(s) 85085095, 85108248, 85153987.Error is still not fixed even after 18 days.
I changed my number from MP to Haryana circle and added as family member to Primary Number 8349578780.
After activation of the sim, I am unable to use internet since 3 rd of May. I spoke to Gyatri appellate on 14.05.18 and she has lodged Service complaint No. 85275019 at 10.45 hrs.
I would like to know the status of the issue and why it hasn’t been fixed yet. If the network team is unable to fix the issue, let me know so that I can terminate the connection.
Why would I be paying to airtel if they can’t even fix the complaints properly and I am unable to use internet for 18 days.
