While retrieving the passenger details for several times I was thwarted and in fact no information could be fetched from the service provider Spicejet. This is neither logical nor ethical.I am totally inactive as long as my information is not available or visible in the website of service provider.Simply,I can’t wait for the information until the fag end of my journey.
I am a Sr. Citizen and being a heart patient I am unable to put up with these sort of tensions.It is absolutely against my physical and mental characteristics.
Moreover, there were no previous citations against the said PNR that no activities would be carried out after booking the ticket until the last moment.On the contrary, a passenger should have every right to manage his journey at any time after booking and disallowing such rights is unlawful.
In the circumstances, I request you to refund the full amount against the said PNR :Q9MK5C without any further hassle.
Looking forward to your immediate acts toward full refund.

I have contacted you today thrice on 7670070070 while explaining the nonavailability and retrieving passenger details until 24th November from the Spicejet website. Infact, no details were available for the whole tenure before my journey and the same has raised huge queries and the act was doubtful and for the reason I placed a request on 22nd November,2022, three days before the journey with my Mobile number for refund of full amount on the same plea as stated above.You neither replied to my letter nor initiated any refund. Even after contacting you thrice today you disconnected the communication while explaining and urging for the refund against the subject PNR.
This is reminder for the same and it shall be viewed seriously if you do not refund the amount to the sources within two working days and in the meantime if the amount has already been realized in your account.
