Text of Complaint by Aishik Das son of Dr.Kausik Das:

  1. A connection  for  airtel broadband and digital TV was asked for in Kolkata at pin 700099 with the consumer ID 3038459200 in the name of Aishik Das.
  2. Even after about 10days the Xtream box is not installed.
  3. Repeated  phone calls to customer care ended with no result.
  4. A complaint number was generated 38197963 which ended up with the fact that the box is not available with the supplier and the service engineer could not guarantee anything.The sales person has stopped picking up the phone.
  5. Need assured installation or refund within 48hrs.
