Dear Sir,
I am a sincere and loyal postpaid customer(9599023279) of Airtel since 2015 and even subscribed to Home plan for my wife(9599223281),son(9599035327) and daughter (9205623279)and never faced any problem with the services provided by Airtel earlier. Recently I have shifted to NBCC Type 5 flat(only for central government employees )at E-H, Tower No 16 at Kidwai Nagar East before South Ex-1 opposite AIIMS.I was shocked and surprised to realize that Airtel signal was unavailable inside my house and all our mobiles were mocking at us with “No Service “ message.In view of above Problem I visited Airtel office on 29 Mar 2019 at South Ex and was informed that they are aware about the signal issue problem in our colony as they are receiving several requests for improvement of Airtel services, they also asked me to change one of our SIM and check after 24 hrs if signal quality improves.I immediately Opted for SIM change for my daughter Airtel Mobile 9205623279(Order no. 779423888 registered for SIM change from 8991101806221292402U to 8991000901571416073U). But no improvement was noticed till date since last Friday. In view of several loyal customers like me facing the same problem on non reception of Airtel signal it is requested that immediately a signal booster is immediately placed inside our colony near our tower 16 premise so that all the loyal customers remain with reputed firm like Airtel and don’t port themselves to other service providers whose signal quality is much better than Airtel leading to heavy financial loss and also resulting in huge customer loss for Airtel.
In view of above you are requested to take suitable remedial measures at the earliest to improve signal quality by placing a proper signal booster and resolve the problem for all loyal customers like me or else we all have to take other stern steps with your higher authorities in writing.
Looking forward for an urgent action at your end at the earliest.
