This is to inform you that I am a Tata Sky subscriber (customer ID 1345965659). I am not able to view any channel for non-receipt of signals after cycloan Amphan hit our city on 20.05.2020.
On very next day on 21.05.2020 I have lodged a complaint with Tata Sky and work order is generated. The w/o.no.is 1-238TMXN8 Dt.21.05.2020.
Since then we have contacted Tata Sky through the mobile app several times and received assurance that the complaint will be addressed soon.
But till date no technician has attended to resolve my issue.
It has been observed that several other companies are providing services in green zone.
Although my residence is situated in green zone still no body has attended my complaint in last six days although charges are being debited from my account on daily basis.
If this is your quality of service, I have to rethink that whether I shall be continuing with Tata Sky in future.
