I have done MNP from Airtel to Jio and successfully done my first recharge also in the month of April my number got disconnected with reason “old operator amount is due”. Due to lock-down from March I unable to pay the amount and mailed to jio care about the same but got reverted stating my email id not registered with them. At the time of MNP I personally visiting jio store and provided all the details along with phone taken at the store.
Today on May 23, 2020 I paid the due amount with old operator and visited the same store where MNP done they have informed me to contact JIO care. I called customer care and one of the person informed that email id available but unable to confirm which ID. I mailed them from my email id lifeline4wadood@yahoo.com/gmail.com and also from abdul.wadood@invesco.com and wadood.mohammedabdul@gmail.com and get reverted none of my ID registered with them and other time one of CC person informed to visit jio store only. I am running pillar to post but no resolution received. Please help.
