I made a request to port my numbet from Vodafone to Airtel on 14.01.2019.
A week after th submission of th form and much follow ups by visiting th Branch th request for porting was sent to higher level only on 25. 01.2019.
Again after several follow ups th port happened on 1. 2.2019.
And still unable to use the number properly. No incoming calls are there and no access to mobile data.
Th staffs have been highly irresponsible in dealing with th issue right from th beginning to till date.
I need a solution
