I had subscribed to Ananda Vijayan e magazine by making online payment of Rs 499 on 31.05.2021. But the subscription has not been activated till date. No communication has been received from Ananda Vikatan has been received regarding activation even after they received the payment.
This amounts to cheating of customers after collecting advance payment.
Kindly take action for refund of payment made.
