I received a sim from vi on 5th may which was supposed to get activate on 7th May but the sim is not showing any network, I am complaining regarding the same to vodafone team over calls and mails but there is no solution till now. Its been already 64 hours since my number is deactivate from previoue network but voda team do not have time to provide solution to customers. What they are suggesting me is to visit a store in lockdown to get solution of this issue, if there is someone to ak tem when you are not knowing about the issue being an employee of vodafone then how store person will know.
