I ported my sim from Vodafone to Airtel. I completed the requires formalities. On 25 December, my vodafone SIM was discontinued but when I entered my Airtel SIM, it showed network for 5 seconds and thereafter it showed no signals and I am getting mails from Airtel that my number has been activated and bill cycle has started. For what should I pay the bill for?. I complained several times through call,email,Twitter for which you can check the records. My problem exists till date. This is my official number and I have incurred some irreparable loses due to this complacent attitude of airtel. I can’t contact anyone,no OTPs, can’t use UPI, I have already missed a very important meeting. Who will compensate for this ? When will my problem be solved? Strict action needs to be taken against the firm for pathetic service and harassing customer.
