Hi Team,

I subscribed for the internet service on 14th June’20 and paid 3 3 months advance rental, however, the service hasn’t worked till date. Its been 12 days without service but paying for the same. Installation tech is rude and givea wrong information everyday. The router is now off from last 2-3 days since it was unnecessarily consuming electricity without any service. There isn’t seeming any way to get it uninstalled as there is no way to connect to airtel customer care. This is like robbing customers’ money. Please help.
