I hv another airtel prepaid no 8473919818, I seldomly use the no.t’da I recharged the no. with Rs. 199/- and the amount has debited from my account, but surprisingly I found the no got deacivated. My question to Airtel is that why money has been debited from my account when the recharge process for the said mobile no cannot be done? Pl intimate the reason why you have taken money for recharging a no when you cannot do that. Either arrange to refund or do the necessary recharge.
