A new SIM was purchased at the above centre since they were unable to convert my JIO number 8240 to prepaid category and also to import it from West Bengal circle to Karnataka cirle. An ammount of 498 was paid. But nobody contacted us for verification during 48 hours and the executive expressed his inability when we visited the centre again. so no services since then.
