I am compliaing since Apr 19 about the deactive if my account but response nor any action taken by your team. I have also spoken with senior executive four time they assured that the problem will solve in two day but as usual they sent message and mail that ” forward the douçument”. Every time I forward the all supporting documents but no good response given by your team. Where as previously my account was blocked but after forwarding the document the same has been activated. But after 10 day my balance amount has been merged with your account Airtel present amount has been blocked. Your customers care and senior executive not performing their duties. Just sent default message which is saved in system. My complete numbers are on 04 Apr,3319807 dt 10 Apr,3301852 dt 10 Apr,3328621 dt 15 Apr,3354011 dt 21 Apr,3406556 29 Apr,3455173 dt 24 may ,mail forwarded on 25 may but no reply,3648925 dt 4 jul, and this month number 3763762 dt 24 jul. This shows how they react with customers. I am working in defence we get little time to complaint. This is how they help the defence personal. I request you to resolve my problem and take action against the team ànd also you can check the voice recording while spoken with customers care person as well as to senior executive. They only making bluff response with customers.
