I had telecom on 09.02.2019 with customer care. I requested for 11 paid channels and all the FTA. They requested to send list of FTA instead of saying all FTA.

I have send list of 51 FTA to be activated on 11.02.2019 but till to day they done nothing. Moreover they have activate one wrong channel they have also not corrected that.

Details below:

I would also like to state that with respect to my previous mail you have not activated 127 Sony SAB HD (paid Ch. Rs. 19+GST) and 315 India TV Free To Air (FTA). Please activate these two channels.

Please DEACTIVATE ALL UNDESIRED PAID CHANNELS, wrongly activated by you such as 126 Sony SAB SD a paid Ch. Rs. 19+GST.

I wanted to get all the free to air channels activated at once but during our telecom said that there are many FTA hence you desired list of FTA to be activated in first phase,  hence I  am giving list below of FTA channels to be activated in first phase. Please activate these Free To Air channels and confirm by return mail.

Hope you will do correction in one paid channel i.e. activate 127 Sony SAB HD and activate the above 51 FTA channelsin first phase and deactivate 126 Sony SAB SD without creating any tension to me.
