I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-activation of my Airtel DTH and Fibernet services. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, my services have not been activated yet.

I had applied for the activation of DTH and Fibernet services on [july 13,2024] and was promised activation within [1 day]. However, it has been [more then 40 days/weeks since then, and my services are still not active.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and activate my services as soon as possible. Please let me know if there are any additional requirements or documents needed from my end.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. If not, I will be forced to explore alternative service providers.
