Text of Complaint by Siddarthi:

I have been trying to get the advance rental plan on my number activated. I have written several complaints to Vodafone through their official website but to no avail. I even wrote to the nodal officer and regional officer for Andhra&Telangana, but no one bothered to respond.

I am currently in the US and Vodafone charges Rs. 70 per minute as outgoing charges even to call their customer care center. Am I a fool to be writing to Vodafone so many times without any result? It seems so… Pathetic service!
