After payment of Rs.4240.98, person came to install the connection. However, upon installation, he left the premises without activation of the Jiofiber connection. Upon contacting, he says that it get activated in sometime as there is some technical glitch.
However, he has activated two connection in my building after installation at my place at 1.30pm.
It is clear that there is no technical glitch
In view of the above, I requested for refund of Rs.4240.98, however, he is not answering my calls. Further, call centre guys are also not helping in getting the refund.
Pls help in getting full refund of Rs.4240.98
