Hi,
I bought Nokia TV 43 inches 4K LED TV from flipkart in October 2022. My Tv got problem where it got switched off march 10th 2023. I have contacted to flipkart customer care for the assistance. The flipkart Team has asked me to contact the brand customer care which is separate called NOKIA flipkart service. I also taken the extended warranty from One Assist.
AS flipkart customer care asked me to raise the request both in the Oneassist and NOKIA support. I have raised complaints in both NOKIA (In brand WARRANTY) One ASSIST(Third Party) warranty.
Technician has arrived on march 14th to my home from NOKIA and he told its problem with mother board which has to be replaced. He has raised the claim which comes under NOKIA brand warranty which is eligible for 1 year in brand warranty from the date of purchase which. As it got filed on march 14th till now NOKIA has not responded back to me regarding the claim. I have tried multiple times to reach them through their customer care number, one day finally NOKIA customer care has given me answer that the mother board is not available and you have to wait until it arrives.
Again I have reached to ONE assist asking for the help, they have rejected my request multiple times and finally after discussing an hour with customer care they agreed to raise the claim. Now the problem is NOKIA and ONE ASSIST both are not responding to my claim and asking to wait for somedays which there is not ETA at ALL.
I required help to get resolution of my problem.
