I brought nokia 6.1 phone online. Due to physical damage the display was cracked. I got the display replaced from nokia service centre in Jan 2020.
During April 2020 all of a sudden the display of my phone fell on the ground. Remaining part of phone was in my hand. Because of improper gluing at the time of replacement of display this issue happened.
Due to lock down I could not contact them. Last month I visited them and they gave me estimated bill of Rs. 4200 for a new display again. I complained to nokia but their replies were really surprising.
After more than -7- days of submission of phone to service centre, they call me and say that the mother board is not working and that will also have to replaced so total cost would be around 7200.
Nokia has not been responding properly to my complaints.
