Sir/Madam,

I am Dr.Rahul goel flipkart plus member since last year i have bought so many products along with nokia tv android 55 inch on 31st july 2021 which is under warranty but in last three months i feel like a fool because i am facing the problem of restarting while watching anything in my nokia tv android 55 inch and many times i raised the complaint to solve the issues and after lot of efforts they sent the technical team and first of all they reset everything and told me next time if it will happen again we will change the motherboard and same problem i faced again and raised the complaint in this regard after that 3-4 times they brought motherboard out of which twice they took dead motherboard (Old & Repaired), I requested customer care to please replace the TV but they will not support in this regard. Since I am your valuable customer, please take necessary action in this regard as I am disappointed to raising the complaint again and again. How can I recommend someone else if you treat your costumer like this, this is not the small thing, it cost me Rs. 36444/- which is not a small amount. I am very disappointed by this incident.

I am requesting you to replace the item. As I have complained many times before but no solution came out. I am not asking you for the refund, please replace my product as soon as possible and find attached bill of Nokia TV ANDROID 55 inch.
