Hi,
I bought a Nokia 6.1 Plus in February 2019, and initial experience for the phone was good.
Fast forward to March end, it stopped charging at all. I went to the service center and they replaced the USB dock for the phone and provided new charge.
But, the glass panel at the back was very loosely held by the glue and the phone is supposed to be water proof so that flew of the table within 45 days of buying the phone.
10 days later I again visit the service center, same problem again and they changed the USB dock again.
Now its been what 6 months, the phone is dead. There’s no angle I could find to twist the charging cable to make it charge the phone.
what can you do?
