I bought a tv last year and never thought that after 7-8 months of use it’s panel will get faulty and when I complaint it with Flipkart first they said we can’t issue you a refund part will be replaced and it will be provided to you within certain period, But now they said they are going to refund the amount once the tv is dismantle but they need all the accessories including the brand box!
So the problem is that I don’t have a brand box because it was occupying alot of space and I never thought that the even if any issue will come with my TV it will not be able to get repaired. I guess changing panel is not something which can’t be get repaired !
So now they are denying to refund the amount because of the unavailability of the brand box.
Any kind of guidance is welcome because I have no clue of the next step.
