Sir I have raised complaint ticket no 1996435 DTD 20 Aug 23 of my under warranty noise smartwatch which was picked up and replace with other used smartwatch on 21 sep 23. Again I have raised complaint 2127212 DTD 21 Sep 23 that either return my same smartwatch in any condition ( because its have 5 years extended warranty by one assist) or give me a new one. My ticket closed without any resolution on 28 Sep 23. Please do the needful
