Text of Complaint by Parth Shashikant Visawadiya:

I have purchased noise watch on 10th May 2023, from their official website. On November 5th 2023, i am having issue in display, so i have raised the complaint on their official website. On 8th November 2023, they have picked up my product. After that my product should be replace or repaired in 5-7 days. I have call the customer care for update of my product. They are saying your product is not repairable, we will replace with new product in 2 to 3 days after 3 days i call the back they told same product is not available in stock. They told their back end team will co-ordinate with me for another product. No one has call from their team for another product. Again i have call after 5 days they are asking more 2-3 days. this is how the are harassing the customer from 25 days.
please help me with the solution.
