Noise smart watches are sold promising 1.5 years warranty. Within six months of purchase the display screen stopped working. Visited their authorised Mumbsi service centre Suretech Technology. Without understanding the problem or even looking at the invoice they rudely say that the product cannot be accepted as per the company guidelines. When I requested ti see the guidelines they said I need to check with company customer care number. After numerous attempts on my asking the service centre person says that the customer care number is not functional and asked me to leave. In short as a customer, I received no support from the Service Centre nor was there any customer care number that I could call. Later at the reception I met 6-8 people with faulty Noise products and to all complaints the lady at Service centre rejeccted all their requests citing some or the other excuse. Is Noise brand a fraud as this experience has been that of a fraud feeling.
