I had ordered the watch on 22nd oct 2023 and the watch came on 26th Oct 2023 but the watch was not working from the 1st day its just showing the scan code and the crown button is not working for switching off the watch. So i raised a complaint against the watch next day on 27th Oct. They asked me to upload a video at a number which was provided by them, i did the same immediately next they asked me to do the troubleshooting i did the same. But now when i am done doing everything the company is not responding on customer care they disconnect my call and technical team also does the same. They are not replacing my watch when the watch is under warranty.
