I purchased orient fan from amazon in October and from the day one i was getting noise in the fan which irritates in night and I had raised the tickets two times one is on 17th October 2022 and another complaint on 20th feb 2023. respective ticket ID are C2210703392 and C23022000335 . C2210703392 ticket had cancelled without any reason after waiting for 1 month.
Now the current ticket C23022000335 is pending from last 20 days and no response from the serivce manager and technician. In my circle area Ganesh is the Supervisor who is not responding well and not replying of call and I had already raised the same query on customer care service many times always get a reply that ur service is forwarded to supervisor Anuradha Sharma but not getting any update from the team. From last 20 days I am witing for the blades that need to be change and I had already raised concern and told if the blades are not available then better to replace the fan with service tag by technician.
I am already frustrated with service of Orient and I need the solution as soon as possibel else I have to take action against the company.
Rakesh Khanna who is the CEO of the company should be ashamed of the employees who are working under him and making fool to customer if not able to give service then shutdown your company and dont make false commitment with customer.
