I bought Noise ColorFit Ultra 3 Watch and the watch started to switch off automatically within a few days. After that, the battery of the watch started to drain quickly.
I sent the watch back to Noise Support. Recently, got a call from Noise that the watch is physically damaged and they need INR 4000/- to fix it. The cost of the watch is INR 4500/- and they are demanding almost the same amount when the watch is not even 3 months old.
The pick up partner took the photos, and even I sent the watch photos in which there was no physical damage to the watch. This is essentially a scam.
