I have purchased the noise smart watch from Amazon location delivered is chennai .There is a product feature not working in the watch ( sleep data not getting recorded) . A Complaint was raised with the cc team with complaint no 1092994 , and after the trouble shooting steps also the data is not getting recorded . I have been waiting from 29th sep , just got one call today from noise as i was busy at that moment , couldn’t attend the call , the co sends a message that we will call u shortly and after sometime i get a message that the complaint is closed , with no solution provided. the call centres no never give any option of talking to the cc executive , one can only lodge a complaint with a link ,, pathetic service
