Since June 2018, PVVNL jas raised very high electricity bill on a 3 BHK Flat with small family in Sector 21 Noida. Account ID 1945452000.
I have gone to SDO office multiple time and raised concern and email them multiple time to return back excessive money charged. They are extracting money from us like anything. I even put a request for Check Meter and it took 4 months of chase and finally telling them in writing that I will go to Consumer Court when they changed Check Meter. But they removed it after testing and replaced out meter by a new meter without sharing any details about their finding of check meter. This is serious breach of Consumer Trust and I am not sure how much money they have extracted in excess since last 5 years. I want to file a Rs 5.0 Lac Case on them and need Consumer Court help as an end retail Consumer, O can’t fight the huge bureaucratic systemof power supplier. Please advise.
