First of all, I didn’t apply for any type of loan from them. So I raised a complaint 6 months before and closed the loan. they have already issued the NOC also for the same. However, when I check my credit report I still see the open loan for which I received the NOC.
It’s such a unprofessional mistake. really i am shocked to see this type of mistake from lend box. many time i have sent an email to their support team and also registerd the compliant in their website but still no response from them.
